Xpress Genomics is an official Olink Certified Service Provider for the Reveal assay. Olink Reveal is the newest proteomics solution from Olink that makes their Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology more actionable and accessible than ever. This assay is suitable for large-scale protein biomarker discovery in human body fluids (eg. serum, plasma). With Reveal, you are able to measure >1,000 proteins from minimal sample volumes while covering a large range of biological pathways.

Olink Reveal is widely used in diverse biomedical research and clinical applications, especially where large-scale protein profiling is needed to uncover disease mechanisms and identify critical biomarkers.

Measures over 1,000 carefully selected proteins, covering all major biological pathways and immune markers—including more than 700 disease-associated and genetically linked (cis-pQTL) proteins.
Uses Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) combined with next-generation sequencing (NGS) readout for high specificity and sensitivity, allowing for detection down to femtogram-per-milliliter levels.
Delivers broad pathway coverage (100% of top Reactome pathways), with robust representation of inflammatory and immune response proteins (537 markers covering 96% of relevant pathways).
Provides reliable, reproducible data for protein expression with correlation coefficients above 0.94 and plate-to-plate CV below 8%.

The Olink Reveal service at Xpress Genomics is performed by our experienced staff to ensure optimal results. Simply submit your samples, and we take care of the rest - from sample to result.

Profile up to 86 samples per run
Start with 4 µL plasma or serum per sample, arranged in a 96-well plate.
We at Xpress Genomics perform Dual-antibody bindin, DNA barcoding and sequencing.
Protein abundance is calculated using normalized NPX values on a Log2 scale, enabling clear analytical comparisons.
