About

Our Spatial Transcriptomics service enables high-resolution spatial gene expression analysis using fresh frozen tissue and FFPE sections on specialized chip slides. This technology preserves tissue architecture, allowing precise molecular studies. Offered in partnership with STOmics, a leader in spatial multi-omics, this service provides whole-transcriptome analysis subcellular precision and a large field of view.

Stereo-seq

STOmics Stereo-seq chips are available for FFPE and Fresh Frozen samples.

  • FFPE: DV200: >30% (acceptable), >50% (optimal). The block must be well-preserved and free from oxidation.
  • FF: RIN (RNA Integrity Number): >7, tissue must be embedded in OCT in a RNase-free environment and freeze-thaw needs to be avoided.

Stereo-seq

Our Spatial Transcriptomics service is always paired with high-throughput sequencing on the DNBSEQ platform as well as primary data analysis.

  • Standard Sequencing Depth (FF): >1.5B reads / chip
  • Customized sequencing depth available on our G400 and T7 sequencers
  • Data processing includes primary pre-processing and spatial gene expression quantification
