The Pixelgen Proximity Network Assay
Read more about PNA
Understanding how proteins interact and organize on the surface of individual cells is key to advancing human health. Pixelgen’s Proximity Network Assay opens a new dimension in omics by enabling high-resolution, single-cell mapping of 155 immune-related proteins in 3D. The Proximity Network Assay provides powerful insights in e.g. hematology, immunotherapy, CAR-T, autoimmunity and infectious disease, and can be used for mechanistic or biomarker studies.
We provide you with an SOP that only requires standard laboratory reagents. All you have to do is to isolate and fix your cells - we take care of the rest!
After submitting your fixed cell suspensions to Xpress Genomics, our experienced staff will take care of running the proximity network assay and library preparation. We are a certified Pixelgen service provider, ensuring a successful experiment.
We always pair the Pixelgen PNA assay with our cost-efficient in-house sequencing. In this way, we help you make protein interactomics even more scalable and accessible.
Data is processed using the official Pixelgen nf-core pipeline - all on our secure, in-house servers ensuring data integrity.
The Proximity Network Assay enables researchers to analyze the dynamics of the immune cell surface protein interactome in an unprecedented manner, leading to novel insights into disease mechanisms, drug mode of action response, and biomarker discovery.
We support fixed cells as input originating from fresh or cryopreserved cells in suspension. Sample type can be PBMCs, isolated immune cells, bone marrow, cell lines or cells dissociated from organoids or fresh frozen tissue.
We provide you with sequencing data that includes both raw reads but also processed data using Pixelgen's open source analysis pipelines.
