Low Input Required

01

We can work with a range of input between 5,000-50,000 cells or nuclei for our ATAC-seq service.

Comprehensive Insights

02

ATAC-seq offers high sensitivity for detecting open chromatin regions, allowing precise identification of regulatory elements like enhancers, promoters, and transcription factor binding sites.

Hassle-free Service

ATAC-seq

ATAC-seq is a genomic technique used to map open (accessible) regions of chromatin across the genome. It works by using a special enzyme called Tn5 transposase, which preferentially inserts sequencing adapters into regions of DNA that are not tightly packed by proteins (i.e., regions that are accessible for transcription). After sequencing, these regions are identified as peaks in the data, revealing where regulatory elements like enhancers and promoters are located. This information helps you understand how chromatin structure influences gene expression and how these patterns change in different conditions or cell types.

ATAC-seq

Our ATAC-seq service is straightforward. We provide step-by-step instructions and all required materials for preparing and shipping samples.
Once we have received your samples, our expert team takes care of the rest.

ATAC-seq

  • Raw sequencing data (FASTQ files)
  • Processed data (BAM, BED, peak files)
  • Quality control reports
  • Annotated peak lists
