Single-cell multi-omics measures more than one type of molecule in the same cell. The SeekOne DD Digital Droplet System is a high-throughput, automated platform that uses microfluidic water-in-oil droplets to separate and barcode cells or nuclei one at a time. This lets us capture RNA together with a second readout such as chromatin accessibility or DNA methylation from each cell.
Xpress Genomics offers this technology as a full sequencing service. You send us your samples and we handle cell preparation, library construction, sequencing and data analysis. As a SeekGene distributor, we can also supply the SeekOne DD reagents and instrument if you prefer to run the workflow in your own lab.
The SeekOne DD Single-Cell Multiome ATAC + RNA assay measures open chromatin (ATAC) and the transcriptome (RNA) in the same nucleus. This makes it possible to link gene regulation to gene expression cell by cell. A random-primed RNA strategy gives near full-length coverage and detects non-polyadenylated transcripts, and a dual-index library design reduces index hopping.
This is one of our two main multi-omics services. We run the full workflow: nuclei preparation, Tn5 transposition, droplet partitioning, paired library preparation, sequencing, and joint ATAC and RNA analysis with SeekArc™ Tools.
The SeekOne DD Single-Cell Multiome Methylation + RNA assay measures genome-wide DNA methylation (5mC) at single-base resolution together with the transcriptome of the same cell. It can also be extended to immune repertoire (V(D)J) and copy-number variation.
This is our second main multi-omics service. It works at high throughput with nuclei or whole cells from fresh or frozen tissue and blood. Xpress Genomics handles fixation and nucleosome depletion, droplet barcoding, paired library construction, sequencing, and joint methylation and RNA analysis with SeekSoul Methyl Tools.
You send us cells, nuclei or tissue. We take care of dissociation where the assay needs it, and quality control of the input material.
Single cells or nuclei are partitioned and barcoded on the SeekOne DD Digital Droplet System, which tags both readouts inside the same droplet.
Our team builds the paired libraries for expression plus ATAC or methylation using validated SeekOne DD chemistry.
